KAIYAN manufactures custom two-piece RF shielding cans consisting of a stamped frame and removable cover. This design provides reliable EMI protection while allowing easy inspection, repair and replacement of PCB components.

Materials include nickel silver, SPTE tinplate, stainless steel, copper and brass. Optional finishes include tin, nickel, silver and gold plating. Our in-house tooling team supports rapid mold development, precise stamping and design optimization.
